i’m sure HEX are a good company - but i’d rather not score them any points as their shipment went to the wrong address and even had the wrong product in it 🙈?
obviously their order and distribution department need to learn the basics of their profession better.
customer services, ( when they eventually reply to the mails sent) seem OK- let’s see if my problem gets sorted.
Btw - order was placed 29 May (21 days ago) Not the 14 as you describe?
